Host An Ad

Turn Your Pavement Into Beauty, Income, and Impact

By allowing a concrete ad on your private pavement, you instantly clean, brighten, and elevate your property while supporting a modern, creative way to activate the neighborhood. The Stencil Project turns underused walkways into beautiful, high-visibility spaces that feel tended to, safe, and alive.

We design every placement to match your aesthetic and enhance the energy of your block. Hawai‘i’s natural beauty is world-class but our urban areas deserve that same level of care. Clean, intentional spaces change how people feel and move, and they encourage the kind of creativity our community needs.

A portion of every project funds Vivistop, a youth innovation lab empowering local creators in tech, art, science, and entrepreneurship. By offering your space, you support local businesses, uplift your environment, and directly invest in Hawai‘i’s next generation of innovators.

We’d be honored to partner with you to help make Hawai‘i’s urban spaces cleaner, safer, and more inspiring.

The Numbers

When a business purchases a $1,500 concrete ad campaign, the revenue is intentionally distributed to support everyone involved — including you. From that campaign, $250 is allocated to property owners, paid as $50 per placement per month. If five campaigns run across five different properties, each owner receives $50 monthly for hosting their stencil with zero labor required. If you host more than one campaign on your site, your earnings increase accordingly — $50 per campaign, per month.

Beyond compensation, property owners receive a complimentary spruce + light cleaning of the placement zone, with discounts available for full deep cleaning. You maintain full approval of the stencil design and the business being featured, ensuring each installation aligns with your aesthetic and supports your environment. Each ad is placed to uplift the walkway, enhance the pedestrian experience, and contribute to a cleaner, more intentional urban landscape.

What We Need From You + How The Process Works

All we ask from property partners is permission, placement approval, and a brief walkthrough of the space. We tour the property with you to identify eligible pavement, discuss visibility and foot-traffic patterns, and decide exactly where ads may be placed. Nothing is installed without your yes. You approve the business, the design, and the location — and we only make updates or rotations with your approval.

You receive payment before a campaign begins, and we handle everything from fabrication to execution. We return approximately every 10–14 days to refresh or maintain the stencil, keeping the walkway clean, sharp, and attractive. At the end of each month, we check in to review performance, collect your feedback, and expand placements only if you choose. Your role is simple: approve, receive payment, enjoy a cleaner space, and watch foot traffic and aesthetic value go up.
